01
Defense Trade Brokering
Licensed brokering of defense articles between governments, manufacturers, and authorized intermediaries. The firm’s ITAR broker registration (K-9199) and Bulgarian defense trade license (208070320) allow it to structure transactions that cross US, EU, and third-country jurisdictions, with the documentary record each authority requires.

We maintain working relationships with producers in Bulgaria, the broader Balkans, and Western Europe, and source against client specifications with documented chain of custody from factory to end-user.

03
Manufacturer Representation
Representing defense producers in foreign markets where they require a registered intermediary. We hold the ITAR broker registration, US DOD/DLA contractor status, and Bulgarian export license needed to act on behalf of manufacturers selling into NATO, MENA, Asia-Pacific, and African markets.

04
Export-Import Coordination
Coordination of export licensing, customs, and cross-border documentation. 05
Logistics
Movement of defense cargo through compliant freight, documentation, and end-port handover. Includes export documentation, transit licenses where required, end-user certificate handling, and coordination with cleared freight forwarders. We do not move cargo outside of cleared channels.

06
Spare Parts & Sustainment
Long-tail parts sourcing for legacy Soviet- and Eastern Bloc-pattern systems still in active service across multiple operator nations, alongside Western parts where licensing permits. Where original manufacturers no longer support a platform, we identify second-source production and document interchangeability.

07
Technical Assistance
Specification review, compatibility assessment, and end-user technical advisory. Government buyers often arrive with a requirement and need help translating it into a defensible procurement package: calibers, ammunition compatibility, platform integration, and supportability. The firm provides that translation between requirement and contract.

08
Industrial Cooperation
Offset programs, co-production arrangements, and long-horizon industrial partnerships between producers and procuring governments. Suited to ministries that require local content, technology transfer, or sustainment capability as a condition of award.

How the firm works a transaction.

Noble Group provides end-to-end defense trade services to government buyers, manufacturers, and licensed intermediaries. Our role in any given transaction is defined by the requirement. We function as a sourcing agent, licensed broker, export coordinator, logistics manager, or manufacturer representative, depending on what the transaction demands. From initial sourcing through final delivery, the firm manages the full transaction lifecycle with regulatory compliance and direct manufacturer relationships at the center of the work.

All services are provided subject to applicable export control laws and government authorization requirements. The firm does not conduct or facilitate any transaction that does not meet the full regulatory requirements of the exporting country, the importing country, and any transit jurisdictions involved. Noble Group holds the licenses required under Bulgarian law, ITAR, and EU export control regulations. The relevant registrations and governing frameworks are set out in detail on the compliance page.

For clients with a specific requirement, the firm identifies qualified sources, verifies availability, obtains specifications, and prepares the commercial offer, drawing on direct relationships with Eastern European manufacturers and stockpile holders. Where a platform needs sustainment, we supply spare parts and overhaul components for Soviet-origin and Eastern Bloc systems still in active service, including BMP, BTR, T-55, T-62, T-72, and Mi-series helicopters, sourced from original manufacturers and certified suppliers. Each service above links to a detailed description of how that work is structured and documented.
