Noble Group LTD is a Bulgarian-American owned defense brokerage based in Sofia. We sit at the EU edge of NATO — close enough to Eastern European producers to source efficiently, with the regulatory standing to operate in Western markets.

We exist because government buyers and licensed intermediaries need a credentialed broker who reads US, EU, and Bulgarian export frameworks fluently. Five registrations across three jurisdictions — US DOD/DLA, ITAR, the United Nations, and the Bulgarian Ministry of Economy — let us move defense equipment within the rules, with the paperwork to prove it.
