Noble Group LTD is a defense trade and equipment supply company incorporated in Bulgaria and operating from Sofia. The company is Bulgarian-American owned, combining direct access to Eastern European defense markets with alignment to U.S. export control requirements, including ITAR.

Bulgaria's membership in the European Union, combined with its established defense manufacturing base and proximity to Warsaw Pact-era production facilities and surplus inventories, provides Noble Group with sourcing access that few EU-based intermediaries can replicate. We maintain relationships with Eastern European manufacturers and procurement channels across both NATO and non-NATO markets.

How We Operate

Noble Group functions as a licensed defense trade intermediary. Our role in any given transaction is to source specific equipment from verified manufacturers, negotiate commercial terms, coordinate export licensing, manage logistics, and confirm delivery to the authorized end-user. We do not maintain standing inventory for unsolicited sale. Transactions are initiated through formal inquiry and proceed only after end-user verification and applicable government authorizations are confirmed.

We work exclusively with verified government bodies, armed forces, and licensed institutional clients. Every transaction is managed end-to-end, fully documented, and executed in compliance with all applicable export control requirements from inquiry through delivery.

Regulatory Position

Noble Group holds all licenses required to operate as a defense importer, exporter, broker, and transfer agent under Bulgarian law. We are registered with the U.S. Department of State as an ITAR broker, listed as a DOD/DLA supplier, and registered with the United Nations procurement system. Our facility operates under a licensed warehouse authorization for the storage of explosives and controlled weapons.

We hold DOD/DLA registration (CAGE Code 9DFE9), ITAR broker registration (Broker No. K-9199), United Nations supplier registration (#1069399), and Bulgarian commercial defense trade license (#208070320).
