Noble Group LTD is a Bulgarian-American owned defense brokerage based in Sofia. The firm works close to Eastern European producers and holds the regulatory standing to operate in Western markets.

Government buyers and licensed intermediaries need a broker who reads US, EU, and Bulgarian export frameworks fluently. Noble Group holds five registrations across three jurisdictions, including the US DOD/DLA, ITAR, the United Nations, and the Bulgarian Ministry of Economy. Every transaction is documented to the standard each authority requires.

Inquiries are accepted by introduction; correspondence is treated as confidential.

Company background.

Noble Group LTD is a defense trade and equipment supply company incorporated in Bulgaria and operating from Sofia. The firm is Bulgarian-American owned, combining direct access to Eastern European defense markets with alignment to U.S. export control requirements, including ITAR. Bulgaria's membership in the European Union, its established defense manufacturing base, and its proximity to Warsaw Pact-era production facilities and surplus inventories provide sourcing access that few EU-based intermediaries can replicate. The firm maintains relationships with Eastern European manufacturers and procurement channels across both NATO and non-NATO markets.

How the firm operates.

Noble Group functions as a licensed defense trade intermediary. Its role in any given transaction is to source specific equipment from verified manufacturers, negotiate commercial terms, coordinate export licensing, manage logistics, and confirm delivery to the authorized end-user. The firm does not maintain standing inventory for unsolicited sale. Transactions are initiated through formal inquiry and proceed only after end-user verification and applicable government authorizations are confirmed. We work exclusively with verified government bodies, armed forces, and licensed institutional clients, and every transaction is managed end-to-end, fully documented, and executed in compliance with all applicable export control requirements. For a full description of the services provided, including brokering, export coordination, sourcing, logistics, and spare parts supply, see our services page.

Regulatory position.

Noble Group holds all licenses required to operate as a defense importer, exporter, broker, and transfer agent under Bulgarian law. The firm is registered with the U.S. Department of State as an ITAR broker (K-9199), listed as a DOD/DLA supplier (CAGE 9DFE9), and registered with the United Nations procurement system (#1069399). Its facility operates under a licensed warehouse authorization for the storage of explosives and controlled weapons, and it holds a Bulgarian commercial defense trade license (#208070320).
