Identifying the Right Source

Not every buyer has established procurement channels for the equipment they require. This is particularly common for Eastern European and Soviet-origin platforms, where original equipment manufacturers and legitimate stockpile holders are not always accessible through conventional procurement routes.

Noble Group's sourcing function begins with a clear understanding of the requirement — platform type, configuration, condition standard, quantity, and delivery timeline — and applies our manufacturer relationships and market knowledge to identify the most appropriate sources for that specific requirement.

Commercial Negotiation and Offer Facilitation

Once a viable source is identified, Noble Group structures the commercial offer: pricing, delivery terms, packaging and preservation standards, warranty and quality assurance provisions, and documentation requirements. Where necessary, we coordinate technical inspections or third-party pre-shipment verification.

Noble Group does not misrepresent the nature or condition of sourced items. All offers reflect the actual specifications and condition as provided by the source, with appropriate qualification of any areas of uncertainty.

Verification and Due Diligence

We verify the legal status and licensing position of all sources prior to engagement. For surplus or second-hand material, we confirm chain of custody documentation to the extent practicable and assess any applicable re-transfer restrictions.

All sourced items remain subject to applicable export licensing requirements before any commitment is made to the buyer regarding availability or delivery.
