Privacy notice
What this website collects, why, and the rights you hold under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Last updated 27 October 2026.
Who is responsible
The controller of personal data processed through noblegrouparms.com is Noble Group LTD, Sofia, Bulgaria. Questions about this notice or about your data can be sent to director@noblegrouparms.com or raised by telephone on +359 878 405 412.
No analytics, no tracking cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, social media plugins, embedded videos or maps, or any other tracking technology. It sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts, scripts, images and video are served from this website itself, so loading a page does not send your data to any third party.
Server logs kept by the host
The website is hosted by Hostinger. As with any web server, each request is recorded in technical logs that typically contain your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the referring page and your browser's user agent. These logs are used only to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults, and they are deleted by the host under its standard log rotation. Noble Group does not combine them with other data or use them to identify visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
To block automated attacks, the host's network may occasionally show a short browser check before a page loads. That check is run by the host, may set a strictly necessary session cookie, and may load a font from Google. It is not part of this website's own code.
Inquiries by email and the contact form
The inquiry form on the contact page does not transmit anything through this website. Submitting it opens your own email program with a pre-filled message to director@noblegrouparms.com, which you then choose to send. Whether you use the form or write directly, we receive what you put in your email: typically your name, organization, email address, telephone number and the content of your inquiry.
We use this information to reply to you, to assess the inquiry, and, where a transaction is considered, to carry out the end-user screening and record keeping that export control law requires. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), compliance with legal obligations under Bulgarian, EU and, where applicable, U.S. export control rules (Art. 6(1)(c)), and our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Correspondence is treated as confidential. It is not sold, rented or used for marketing lists. It is shared only with the service providers that host our email and with competent licensing or law enforcement authorities where the law requires it. Inquiries that do not lead to business are deleted once they are no longer needed; records connected to a licensed transaction are kept for the period the applicable export control legislation prescribes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on legitimate interest you may object at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to director@noblegrouparms.com; we respond within one month. Some data may have to be retained where a legal obligation, such as an export control record keeping requirement, applies.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), Sofia, www.cpdp.bg.

If the way this website handles data changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised.
